Supporting Your Web Site
If you purchase a web site from us we provide ongoing support for your web site and the other software which we have provided for as long as you require it in return for a regular payment.
This support includes:
- Telephone and email support as required
- Liaising with your hosting ISP to resolve any issues
- Advice on how you can make changes to the web sites using Opus
- Minor changes to the site design or content which you can not do yourself
- Upgrades to the Opus software as we continue to make them
- Backing up your data
- Advising you on any new legislation relating to Web sites or email
Unless previously agreed this support does not include:
- Significant changes to the web site's design
- Site visits
- Telephone support from people we haven't trained (we would expect them to consult people we have trained)
