Ethical Policy

We like to think we are Doing The Right Thing with respect to the world in general:

The vast majority of our work is for charities and other not for profits and we try to balance the need to earn enough to live with pro bono work where it's needed.
If we say we can do something then we can, and we will. If we can't then we will say so and we will try to help you find someone who can.
We bank with the Co-Operative Bank who lead the way in ethical banking in the UK.
We aim to minimise our energy usage and our home is also our office so our commute is across the hall.
We recycle all the paper and card which passes our way and we avoid increasing the paper mountain ourselves by producing electronic invoices and paying our suppliers electronically wherever possible.
We are proud members of Buy North East, trying to purchase from local suppliers whenever possible.
